easy parking good bathroom size convenient location lacking refrigerator breakfast variety unhelpful staff
The location worked well. It was near jungfraujoch and interlaken. parking was easy. the bathroom was a good size.
the room did not have a refrigerator, which i thought was a necessity. the breakfast lacked variety. i felt the staff could have been more helpful with local information, even though they had maps available.

clean hotel helpful staff cozy bed
the hotel was very clean. i found the staff helpful. the views of the mountains is wonderful and its located near bars and the train station. the room was quiet and the bed cozy.
there's no tea or coffee in the room. you must ask for it.

this hotel now only offers bread and breakfast but includes a useful bar area. it has a big sitting area for evenings. an outdoor pool is heated to twenty seven degrees during the season.

the receptionist was SO kind. staff members were friendly and always willing to help with directions. the owners offer suggestions for evening meals nearby in the village.
